Stock Management
You can create or update products or manage their stocks by uploading an excel file using our bulk upload feature. You can also manage your product stocks by creating a Goods Received Voucher.
You can set reminders to send you an email notification when the stock levels of specific products gets below a certain level. This will help you restock your products in time and prevent your customers from finding empty shelves.
If you have more than one company that sells the same products, our system can allow you to transfer stocks between them.
Our system stores all the stock movements for all your products for the previous 3 months. These will include the amount of stock that was added or subtracted, the user that performed the operation and the Goods Received Voucher or Sale Receipt that the stock was added to or subtracted from respectively.
You can also see the sales, purchases, quantities sold and gross profit earned for each product over a set period of time using our Product Insights chart that you can see on your Panier company's Products Page.
